About the Role
RAIS HASSAN SAADI seeks an IT Support Engineer for multi-office UAE environment. The role provides L1 deskside support, Active Directory management, ITSM ticketing, and AV support.

Responsibilities
- Provide L1 deskside support for Windows desktops/laptops, printers, peripherals, AV, and mobile devices
- Handle Active Directory user/group management, MFA, password resets, and access requests
- Manage ITSM tickets, including creation, updates, assignment, closure, and proper documentation
- Support VPN, SSL VPN, Citrix, VDI, and remote desktop users
- Coordinate with infrastructure, application, security, and vendor teams
- Support meeting room AV systems, including Microsoft Teams, Webex, and audio/video troubleshooting
- Perform basic LAN/Wi Fi troubleshooting and escalate issues when required
- Manage IT assets and maintain handover documentation
Requirements
- 2–5 years in IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or EUC
- Windows 10/11 desktop support experience
- Microsoft 365 user support including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Active Directory: users, groups, and GPO
- ITSM ticketing tools experience
- Basic networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi Fi
- Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
- Strong customer service mindset and follow up discipline
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

What You’ll Do

- Exposure to IDM/IAM portals such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Oracle IAM.
- Multi location user support experience.
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
