Role overview
Luminance is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join its internal IT function in London.
The role provides day-to-day IT support across the business and assists with administration and maintenance of internal IT systems and services.
The position acts as a first point of contact for internal IT issues and owns problems from diagnosis through resolution.
Workplace and department
- The role is based on-site in London.
- The position sits within the Tech department and supports both remote employees and office-based users.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day employee IT support and resolve technical issues from diagnosis through resolution.
- Set up and maintain laptops and other end-user devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across internal systems.
- Manage IT onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Resolve hardware, operating system, application, and connectivity issues.
- Support meeting rooms, video conferencing, AV equipment, and office technology.
- Manage IT hardware and inventory, including laptops and peripherals.
- Assist with endpoint management, software deployment, patching, and security.
