About the Role
The IT Support Engineer provides hands-on support for the London Head Office technology environment.
The role covers Windows and Mac endpoints, virtual desktops, auditorium AV, meeting room technology, and digital signage.
The position involves building, troubleshooting, and improving technology that supports employees.
What You Will Do
- Manage incidents in person at the IT bar and remotely.
- Manage requests, changes, and problems.
- Oversee auditorium events and ensure meeting room technology and digital signage function correctly.
- Contribute to service improvements and ongoing improvements to the digital environment.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, AWS WorkSpaces, mobile technologies, video conferencing, and digital signage platforms.
- Technical knowledge of Intune, Jamf, and AirWatch management tools.
- Technical knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical associates at all levels.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a wider team.
