Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT operational support and infrastructure administration.
- Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Assist users in the end-user computing environment.
- Support network infrastructure and Microsoft 365.
- Support security systems, servers, backup systems, and telephony.
- Coordinate with the organization's IT management and relevant vendors.
