Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end users and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Administer Microsoft 365 services and manage user accounts in Active Directory and Azure AD
- Configure and monitor network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Implement cybersecurity measures, monitor security logs, and respond to incidents
- Design and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Administer virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper V) and cloud services (Azure)
- Maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and network equipment
- Manage IT assets, software licenses, and procurement
- Generate monthly reports on system performance, incidents, and backups
- Maintain documentation for IT policies, procedures, and network diagrams
Requirements
- Provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 technical support
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune

Job Summary
- We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer / IT Administrator to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's IT infrastructure, providing end user support, ensuring network and system security, maintaining servers and cloud services, implementing cybersecurity measures, and ensuring business continuity through reliable backup and disaster r
- The successful candidate should be technically competent, customer focused, and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Support & Helpdesk: Provide Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 technical support; install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices; manage IT support requests through a ticketing system; support onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Microsoft 365 & System Administration: Administer Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune; manage Active Directory and Azure AD; configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, and Conditional Access; install, configure, and maintain Windows S
- Network Administration: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi Fi, VPN, and Internet connectivity; configure routers, managed switches, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, NAT, TCP/IP; monitor network performance and coordinate with ISPs.
- Cybersecurity: Implement cybersecurity best practices; configure and manage endpoint protection, antivirus, EDR/XDR, email security; perform vulnerability assessments; monitor security logs; implement security policies and access controls; conduct cybersecurity awareness training; respond to securit
- Firewall & Network Security: Install, configure, and maintain firewall appliances; configure firewall rules, NAT policies, VPN tunnels, IPS, web filtering; monitor firewall logs; experience with Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, SonicWall preferred.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery: Design and implement backup strategies for servers, workstations, and Microsoft 365 data; configure and monitor backup solutions such as Veeam, Acronis, Azure Backup; perform regular backup verification and restoration testing; develop and maintain DR and BCP plans.
- Virtualization & Cloud: Administer VMware ESXi and/or Microsoft Hyper V environments; support Microsoft Azure cloud services; manage cloud storage, backup, and identity synchronization.
- IT Infrastructure Management: Maintain servers, storage systems, UPS units, network racks, and server rooms; monitor infrastructure health; manage IT assets, inventory, and software licenses; coordinate procurement and vendor support.
- Email & Collaboration: Manage Microsoft Exchange Online; configure Outlook; manage shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and Microsoft Teams; support mobile device configuration for corporate email.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor servers, network devices, backups, and endpoint health; generate monthly reports on system performance, incidents, backups, and asset inventory; recommend improvements.
- Documentation: Maintain IT policies, procedures, and SOPs; update network diagrams, system configurations, and asset records; document infrastructure changes and incidents.
