About the Role
Airbound is hiring its first dedicated in-house IT Support Engineer to own day-to-day IT operations.
The role supports approximately 140 Windows and Mac end-user systems, Google Workspace, two office networks, and expanding security controls.
The engineer will work with an external Cybersecurity and GRC consultant during rollout and own ongoing operations afterward.
End-User Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues across Bengaluru and Guntur.
- Set up, configure, and maintain laptops and desktops for new and existing staff.
- Maintain an inventory of devices, licenses, and warranties.
