Mannai Technologies – IT Support Engineer

  • **Mannai Corporation (ICT Division – Mannai Technologies)** is a leading IT solutions provider supporting government, enterprise, and corporate clients with managed technology services across Qatar.
  • We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused **IT Support Engineer** to provide technical support and ensure smooth IT operations for end users.
  • What You’ll Do?
  • Provide L1/L2 IT support (onsite and remote)
  • Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and other devices
  • Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, email, and Active Directory
  • Reset passwords and manage user accounts and permissions
  • Install and configure software and systems
  • Resolve basic network issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN)
  • Log and track issues using IT ticketing systems
  • Support office IT equipment (meeting rooms, AV systems, etc.)
  • Escalate complex issues to network and cloud teams
  • Ensure service SLA targets are met

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in IT support or service desk roles
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
  • Basic networking troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment
  • Pay: From QAR6,500.00 per month
