Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of hardware, printers, routers, and basic server systems
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel as required
- Diploma / Degree in IT or related field (preferred)

Job Description Overview
