Job Description
- Install, configure, and maintain ANPR cameras, servers, and related software
- Monitor system performance and ensure continuous operation of ANPR solutions
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Support integration of ANPR systems with access control, parking, and security platforms
- Perform routine system checks, preventive maintenance, and firmware updates
- Analyze captured data and ensure accuracy of license plate recognition
- Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades, repairs, and technical support
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients and internal teams
- Maintain documentation, system logs, and technical reports
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies
Skills & Competencies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of network infrastructure
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Willingness to travel for site support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching)
- UAE Driver's license is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of servers, databases, and operating systems (Windows/Linux)
- Experience with ANPR systems is a strong advantage
