- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests, communicating effectively to diagnose and resolve problems
- Provide technical support across the company, including preventive maintenance of PCs and peripherals
- Make data easily accessible to those who need it

- Experience in installing, configuring, and repairing computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Ability to provide technical support and training to users
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
