Job Description: IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support
RF Technologies is seeking a knowledgeable **IT Support Engineer / Desktop Support** to join our team in Doha, Qatar.
This role is crucial for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, or in-person support.
- Assist in setting up and managing user accounts, emails, and network access.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and documentation of support requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or desktop support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Effective communication skills to work with users at all levels.
Additional Information
- **Salary**: QAR 70 - QAR 130 per hour, based on experience.
- **Location**: 47 Industrial Zone, Doha, Qatar.
