Role overview
IT Support Engineer opportunity with a global media technology organisation based in Bracknell.

The position involves hands-on technical problem solving beyond standard service desk work.
What you'll be doing
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support.
- Support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor systems and security alerts.
- Support patching, updates, and backups.
- Configure and deploy hardware and software.
- Maintain IT assets and technical documentation.
- Work with vendors and support partners.
- Contribute to IT infrastructure and technology projects.
- Support users across a multi-site, international environment.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
