Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and manage computer hardware, perform hardware upgrades and replacements.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows environments using Device Manager and Control Panel.
- Perform basic Linux terminal operations, execute commands, manage file permissions and system navigation.
- Configure and troubleshoot network cabling, perform crimping and network cable testing for office setups.
- Manage Active Directory and support Microsoft 365 applications.
- Configure BIOS/UEFI settings, install, configure, and troubleshoot peripherals.
- Deploy and monitor antivirus and firewall solutions, promote cybersecurity awareness.
- Use ticketing systems to log, track, and resolve user issues, provide remote and on site technical support.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of core IT infrastructure and OSI model
- Hands on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of networking devices and protocols
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

About the Role
- We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated IT Support Engineer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, resolving daily technical issues, and ensuring smooth operations for end users.
Key Responsibilities
