Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure
- Troubleshoot technical issues, support users, maintain IT assets
- Respond to service requests, troubleshoot desktop and laptop issues, support printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Install and configure IT equipment, manage user accounts
- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, account provisioning, password management, access permissions, and asset inventory management
- Monitor IT systems, support local area networks, wireless networks, VPN connectivity, and cloud based services
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, software development, and external vendors to resolve technical issues
- Document support activities, update knowledge base, adhere to service management processes
- Contribute to preventive maintenance, system upgrades, backup verification, and technology standardization initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, software installation, and system troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN, WAN, Wi Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Familiarity with IT service management, help desk ticketing systems, and incident management processes
- Knowledge of endpoint management, device configuration, software deployment, patch management, and IT asset management
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, endpoint protection, identity and access management, multi factor authentication
- Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Role Description
- We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliable operation of hardware, software, networks, and end user systems.
- This role is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users, maintaining IT assets, and delivering efficient technology solutions that enable business continuity and operational productivity.
- The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for technical support, assisting employees with hardware, software, network connectivity, operating systems, and business applications.
Key Responsibilities
