The employer is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join the team at the Dubai head office.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience are required.
- A graduate qualification in IT or a relevant field is required.
- Good communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Create and document users and administer Active Directory.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
- Perform daily server backups and support ESET Endpoint Security and firewall operations.
- Maintain computer networks across various business locations.
- Troubleshoot issues reported by counter and departmental staff.
- Train users on new or updated technologies.
- Install desktop hardware and software.
- Monitor systems and servers for malware threats.
- Manage user accounts, profiles, logon scripts, storage, file security, and email accounts.
- Support server systems, application software, telecommunications, and network equipment.
- Support login, printing, file saving, network access, and application issues.
- Manage remote access services, network security, and backup restoration procedures.
Compensation
- The pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person at the Dubai head office.
