Role Overview
Metyis is seeking an IT Support Engineer with 7+ years of relevant experience for a full-time role in its Enabling Function team.
The position provides workplace technology support for the Gurgaon, India office.
IT Support and Operations
- Provide hands-on support for laptops, mobile devices, meeting rooms, and workplace technologies.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and connectivity issues.
- Act as the primary IT contact for the Gurgaon office.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- This is a work-from-office role from Monday to Friday.
Modern Workplace Management
- Deploy and manage Windows and macOS devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
- Support mobile device management for iOS and Android.
- Manage hardware repairs, replacements, warranties, and other lifecycle activities.
Innovation and Collaboration
- Support Microsoft 365, Teams Rooms, and collaboration technologies.
- Contribute to workplace modernization, automation, cloud, and security initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
- Collaborate with colleagues and technology partners across Europe and India.
Technical Experience
- At least 7 years of hands-on experience in IT and workplace support.
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and modern cloud-based workplace technologies.
- Hands-on experience with several listed endpoint, identity, collaboration, mobile, networking, or meeting-room technologies.
Relevant Technologies
- Microsoft Intune, Windows 11, macOS, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 applications, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- iOS and Android device management, networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and meeting-room and AV technologies.
Personal Qualities
- Customer-focused with strong and positive communication skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, eager to learn, able to work independently, and willing to take ownership.
- Fluent in English.
