Compensation

• Pay is listed as AED 2,079.46–AED 6,708.43 per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support to users.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
• Install and configure Windows systems and applications.
• Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.
• Troubleshoot networking devices and peripherals.
• Maintain IT equipment and system availability.
• Provide onsite technical support when required.
• Maintain records of support activities and resolved issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field.
• Hands-on knowledge of IT technical support, hardware troubleshooting, networking, and Windows systems.
• One to three years of IT support or IT infrastructure experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, and DHCP.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• UAE experience is advantageous.

Contract details

• The assignment duration is three months.
• The employment type is temporary/contract.
• Immediate joining is preferred.
