Role Overview
Provide company-wide IT support for computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Support users with technical issues, training, maintenance, and access to needed data.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and repair computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Provide accurate information and step-by-step training for users adopting new hardware or software.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Document changes, revisions, and technical problems.
- Respond promptly to service issues and requests and diagnose and resolve problems.
- Provide preventive maintenance for PCs and peripherals.
- Make data accessible to employees who need it.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Experience supporting computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners is required by the stated duties.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve service issues and requests in a timely manner is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with users and provide accurate step-by-step training is required.
- Ability to document system changes, revisions, and problems is required.
