IT support egineer

Computer science graduate / 3year Diploma with 2-3 year experience in IT SLA Support.

Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled health checks on servers, workstations, and network

devices to prevent failures before they occur.

Multi-Client Support: Provide remote technical assistance to various organizations, adhering to strictly

defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Infrastructure Management: Configure and monitor Microsoft-based environments, including Active

Directory, Microsoft 365 and Exchange, leveraging MCP-certified expertise.

Asset Lifecycle Tracking: Maintain detailed documentation of client hardware (desktops, laptops,

printers) and software licenses for annual renewals.

Security & Data Recovery: Deploy security patches, manage firewalls, and ensure regular data backups

(cloud and on-premises) for client business continuity.

Team work and Reporting: Support calls management and calls reporting to the manager.

Certification: MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) Certified.

Azure certification is an advantage.

Technical Versatility: Proficiency in Windows Server, virtualization, networking (TCP/IP, DNS), and

VOIP/PABX systems.

Customer Service: Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with diverse client

personnel.

Contract length: 24 months
