- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, email, and system related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones, and mobile devices
- Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and other business applications
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi Fi, VPN, and internet related issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, servers, and security solutions
- Support real estate CRM platforms and property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut
- Perform software installations, upgrades, backups, and routine maintenance
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices and data protection standards are followed
- Coordinate with third party vendors and service providers when required
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including system and device setup
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking
- Experience with routers, switches, Wi Fi systems, firewalls, and endpoint security solutions
- Familiarity with cloud based applications and backup solutions
- Experience supporting CRM systems and business applications
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

- We are a growing real estate company in Dubai, specializing in property sales, leasing, and property management.
- We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to manage and support our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day to day operations across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, email, and system related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones, and mobile devices.
