About the Role
Digital Hakimi Trading LLC is looking for a Computer Assistant / Software Support Executive to install and configure POS hardware and software, provide on-site customer training, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Responsibilities
- Install and configure Windows operating systems
- Install and troubleshoot printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, and POS hardware
- Install and configure our POS and billing software
- Visit customer locations across the UAE for software installation and training
- Train customers on billing, invoicing, sales, inventory, purchases, reports, and daily operations
- Provide basic troubleshooting and technical support
- Coordinate with the support team to resolve customer issues
- Maintain installation and service records
- Deliver professional customer service during on site visits
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Windows installation and computer troubleshooting
- Experience installing printers and basic networking
- Experience with POS, ERP, Billing, or Business Software is preferred
- Good communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage
- Willingness to travel to customer locations across the UAE
- UAE Driving License is preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job Summary

- Location: Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai
- Working Hours: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
Salary & Benefits
- Guaranteed Salary: AED 2,500 4,000 per month
