We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose faults.
- Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain IT documentation and reports.
- Assist in setting up new user accounts and equipment.
- Ensure security and data protection procedures are followed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and common IT tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
