Responsibilities
- Provide first and second level technical support to end users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware.
- Install and maintain Windows operating systems.
- Perform hardware diagnostics and coordinate repairs or replacements when required.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Configure Outlook profiles and troubleshoot email issues.
- Assist users with Microsoft 365 account setup and password related issues.
- Install and support business applications and software updates.
- Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues.
- Support Wi Fi troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support.
- Hands on experience in troubleshooting hardware, Windows operating systems, LAN networks, printers, laptops, desktops, servers, VPN connectivity, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience with any ERP system to support ERP users with basic troubleshooting (preferred).
- Must have Qatari resident and Qatari driving license.

Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support officer with minimum 3 years of experience to provide technical support and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure.
- The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in troubleshooting hardware, Windows operating systems, LAN networks, printers, laptops, desktops, servers, VPN connectivity, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- The candidate should be capable of resolving technical issues efficiently while ensuring high system availability and excellent user support.
- We preferred the candidate to have experience with any ERP system to support ERP users with basic troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- End User Support: Provide first and second level technical support to end users. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network related issues. Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Hardware & Operating Systems: Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware. Install and maintain Windows operating systems. Perform hardware diagnostics and coordinate repairs or replacements when required.
- Microsoft 365 & Software Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Configure Outlook profiles and troubleshoot email issues. Assist users with Microsoft 365 account setup and password related issues. Install and support busine
- Network (LAN): Troubleshoot LAN connectivity issues. Support Wi Fi troubleshooting. Configure network settings, IP addresses, and DNS. Assist in maintaining switches, routers, and cabling. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues when necessary.
- VPN Support: Configure and troubleshoot VPN connections for remote users. Ensure secure remote access for employees. Resolve VPN authentication and connectivity issues.
- Server Support: Provide basic administration and monitoring of Windows Servers. Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory. Manage shared folders, permissions, and network resources. Monitor server health and report issues to IT Manager.
- Printer & Peripheral Support: Install and configure network and local printers. Troubleshoot printing issues, driver problems, and connectivity. Support other office peripherals.
- Security & Maintenance: Install and manage antivirus software. Apply Windows updates and security patches. Follow IT security policies and best practices. Perform regular system health checks and preventive maintenance.
- ERP Systems: Provide first level technical support to end users. Monitor the ERP system and report system issues to the IT Manager. Preferred Qualification: Experience working with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
