Responsibilities
- Provide first level and second level technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Support Microsoft 365, email systems, and business applications
- Assist with user account creation, permissions, and password management
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and service requests in a timely manner
- Configure and support network devices, Wi Fi connectivity, and VPN access
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and support procedures
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
- Assist with system upgrades, software deployments, and IT projects
- Support cybersecurity best practices and system security measures
Requirements
- Experience in IT support, technical support, helpdesk, or related roles
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Relevant IT certifications are advantageous but not required
