Pay details
- The listed base pay range is $59,500 to $84,000 CAD.
- Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, geographic location, and organizational needs.
Key accountabilities
- Perform controlled incident and problem resolution, including prioritization and escalation.
- Support applications and systems to meet availability and service-level standards.
- Schedule, package, and release applications in accordance with governance criteria.
- Provide day-to-day production support and resolve issues accurately and promptly.
- Monitor applications and systems and improve production stability.
- Design, review, and integrate functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operational requirements.
- Manage changes with testing, stakeholder signoff, monitoring, and minimal business impact.
- Provide second-level incident management and communicate with clients during service outages.
- Monitor system lifecycles and assess opportunities to improve performance and resource utilization.
- Support disaster recovery planning and testing.
