Role Overview
SDN is seeking an experienced Senior IT Support and CRM Application Engineer.
This is a hands-on individual-contributor role reporting directly to the CHRO.
The role owns internal IT support, CRM performance, data governance, and technology-enabled process improvement.
IT Support and Operations
- Manage daily support for devices, operating systems, business applications, email, VPN, connectivity, and collaboration tools.
- Handle employee IT needs during onboarding, transfers, role changes, and exits, including access provisioning and device setup.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, identity platforms, endpoint security, and other internal applications.
- Maintain asset, license, warranty, and vendor records and coordinate procurement, repairs, replacements, and disposal.
- Monitor security, device health, patching, backups, support SLAs, IT policies, and documentation.
CRM Application Ownership
- Own CRM configuration, workflows, user access, dashboards, reporting, data quality, and application performance.
- Gather requirements, implement enhancements, coordinate with vendors and developers, and manage testing, documentation, and user adoption.
