IT Support Associate

Experience in an IT support or applications-focused role, with an interest in software, business systems, coding, and application support rather than hands-on hardware maintenance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions, troubleshoot technical issues, and identify effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in software development, business systems, digital technologies, data analysis, automation, or process improvement.

Understanding of business applications, databases, systems integration, software testing, or programming concepts gained through education, internships, projects, or work experience.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with end users, technical teams, and business stakeholders while clearly conveying technical information to different audiences.
