IT Support Associate

Role Overview

Job Duties

• Maintain PCs, mobile devices, laptops, CCTV systems, local servers, printers, and biometric machines.
• Install software, complete updates, and perform system maintenance.
• Coordinate ERP-related issue resolution with the ERP team.
• Support digital marketing, website management, website development, and AWS-related duties.
• Create SOPs for common technical issues.
• Enter product specifications and measurements and update website data.
• Support e-commerce operations and manage telecommunications activities.
• Procure IT hardware and software and manage email systems and connectivity.
• Maintain backups and provide IT support to all branches, including Oman.
• Train users on ERP updates and IT systems and manage subscriptions, domains, cloud services, and renewals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, networking, servers, backups, and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of AWS and cloud services management.
• Experience in website support and e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Understanding of email systems, domains, and IT renewals.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 1,800 to AED 3,000 per month.

Work Location

• The work location is in person.
