Role Description
This is a full-time remote IT support role serving staff, members, and program participants.
The role provides day-to-day technical assistance and contributes to improved IT processes and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Monitor system performance and complete computer maintenance tasks.
- Support printers and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot user issues and document support requests and solutions.
- Escalate complex technical problems when needed.
- Assist with basic system administration tasks.
- Support online learning platforms and collaboration tools.
- Contribute to improvements in IT processes and user experience.
Qualifications
- Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues are required.
- Information technology knowledge covering operating systems, basic networking, and productivity tools is required.
- Computer maintenance skills, including updates, security patching, and performance optimization, are required.
- Printer and peripheral installation, configuration, and troubleshooting experience is required.
- Communication, customer service, organizational, and documentation abilities are required.
