Role Overview
Manage user lifecycle, identity and access, endpoints, and daily IT operations across Microsoft 365 and SaaS tools.
Support secure access, smooth IT operations, and a strong end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding across Microsoft 365 and SaaS tools.
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID, including MFA, RBAC, SSO, and Conditional Access.
- Manage Windows and macOS devices using MDM tools such as Intune and Jamf.
- Provide L1/L2 IT support for hardware, software, and access issues.
- Manage SaaS applications, SSO integrations, and license optimization.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and support procurement and audits.
- Automate workflows using Power Automate, PowerShell, or scripting.
- Ensure security, compliance, and prevention of access leakage.
- Support basic network operations, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and access records.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in IT operations or IT administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
- Experience managing Windows and Mac environments.
