Job Summary
Provide day-to-day technical support for users, applications, devices, and IT services.
Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve incidents and service requests, and support smooth IT system operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support to end users.
- Log, investigate, and resolve incidents and service requests.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and application issues.
- Support user accounts, devices, and software-related requests.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams.
- Assist with device deployments, software installations, and upgrades.
- Maintain service records, documentation, and knowledge articles.
- Follow IT service management processes and procedures.
- Deliver professional and timely end-user support.
- Collaborate with technical teams on issue resolution.
