To strengthen our operations, we are seeking a proactive **IT Support Administrator** to join our team.
Role Overview
The **IT Support Administrator** will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to staff and resolve IT issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Ensure system security, backups, and compliance with IT policies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure upgrades and projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures and configurations.
- Train and assist staff with IT tools and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
