Role Overview

Education and Experience

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field is required.
• At least four years of experience in IT help desk, service desk, or desktop support roles is required.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments is required.
• Experience administering and troubleshooting Windows 11 is required.

Technical Skills

• Required skills include Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and Windows 11 support.
• The role includes endpoint patching, Exchange Online, network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, printer management, backup monitoring, access management, and IT asset management.
• Preferred skills include Microsoft Defender, security best practices, ITIL Foundation, modern desktop administration certification, access control systems, and SLA-driven ticketing environments.

Language and Competencies

• Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English are mandatory.
• The role requires communication, customer service, troubleshooting, analytical, prioritization, documentation, and organizational abilities.
• The candidate should be team-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT help desk, service desk, and desktop support to users.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage users, groups, and computer accounts in Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.
• Support Microsoft Intune mobile device and mobile application management.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows 11 endpoints.
• Perform endpoint patching and updates.
• Support Microsoft Exchange Online.
• Troubleshoot network, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, printer, and connectivity issues.
• Monitor backups and assist with recovery activities.
• Manage user access and IT assets.
• Prioritize and manage multiple support requests while maintaining documentation.
