Job Description and Responsibilities

  • IT StoreFront duties include capturing and entering data in spreadsheets/databases, documenting findings, tracking tasks to completion, reporting unusual outcomes of daily tasks to higher level employees, assisting other team members with computer hardware/software tasks, additional administrative support duties as required. NMCI Computer Deployment - New Computer distribution - Exchange with problematic computers (with an associated NMCI Help Desk ticket number) - Computer turn-in location for exiting employees Peripheral Distribution - Headsets, microphones, cameras, keyboards, mice Handle New Employee Check In (Civilian and CSS) - Computer, Keyboard, Mouse, Headset, Microphone, Camera, Keyboard, etc. - Assist in ensuring new accounts are functional Technology Refreshment - Assist with the technology refreshment of NMCI laptops/desktops for all NMCI users aboard PAX - Assist customers with the Tech Refresh process - Ensure customers understand the operation of any new equipment

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree and 1+ years of experience in demonstrating a knowledge of computer hardware and software; proficiency in Microsoft products - Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS; strong customer service skills; and, ability to work as a member of a team. Professional/personal experience can apply.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree. Substitutions allowed: Associates Degree + 2 years of relevant experience OR HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Security Clearance: Secret (must be a US Citizen)
  • Telework and Travel: 100% on site
  • Contract: This position is supporting an active, funded contract.
