IT Support
- Creation of informative support tickets and their follow up via a ticket system
- Proficiency in IT helpdesk software, Windows User Management / Windows PCs Client support / Office 365
- General 2nd level support for internal end customers
- IT product evaluation and IT selection
- Providing IT assistance to office staff, site staff, visitors, and others
- Communication with employees and customers
IT Client Administration
- Administration and further development of business client applications like Microsoft 365 and Intune
- Technical analysis, evaluation and optimization of IT architectures and IT core processes
- Updating computer software and upgrading hardware and systems
- Support in documentation of solution procedures
- Software management and software installation
- Ensure printers and network are functioning
IT Security
- Implement Fichtner IT policy, standards, and system security requirements
- Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics
- Training end users on hardware functionality, applications, and software programs
- Resolving logged errors and documenting processes
- Ensure internet and WiFi are secure
- Maintaining databases and ensuring system security
IT Environment Administration
- Support in purchasing of hardware and installing applications
- Monitoring, installation & configuration of Fingerprint System Software (Biometrics)
- Monitoring, installation NVR, and Access to CCTV cameras
- Provide semi annual reports on technological advancements and trends in IT support
