- Provide responsive, professional technical support to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Information Technology, including operating systems, hardware, and common business applications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and basic Network Security practices
- Demonstrated Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Effective Customer Service and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in an on site IT support role
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or equivalent) are highly beneficial

Role Description
- Work on site in Abu Dhabi in a full time capacity, supporting the organization’s technology infrastructure and users.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliable connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
- Document solutions and procedures.
- Support network security measures, assist with data backup and recovery, and enforce IT policies and best practices.
- Provide responsive, professional technical support to internal stakeholders and collaborate with other teams to improve IT services.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Information Technology, including operating systems, hardware, and common business applications.
