- Technical Support:
- Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues, including workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Network Maintenance:
- Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi systems, and VPN connections to ensure maximum uptime.
- System Administration:
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within the company ecosystem.
- Hardware Management:
