Job Summary
Support and advance the organization's technology infrastructure in a hands-on, cross-functional IT role.
Work across operational IT support, software development, infrastructure, automation, and emerging technology administration.
This is an in-office role.
Inventory Management
- Maintain records of hardware, software licenses, and peripheral assets.
- Track procurement, deployment, and retirement and keep documentation current and auditable.
Office Technical Support
- Provide day-to-day support for workstations, peripherals, collaboration tools, and business applications such as Iress or PositionWatch.
- Prepare and clean hardware and software for new and departing staff.
Development and Automation
- Build internal web-based user interfaces for business workflows and tooling.
- Implement scripts, integrations, and workflow tools that improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to internally developed software applications using established development practices.
