Watches of Switzerland Group PLC is looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist to handle day-to-day IT enquiries from retail and support colleagues. The role involves first-line support using remote desktop tools, troubleshooting MS Office 365 and SAP, and incident management.

Responsibilities
- Handle day to day IT enquiries from retail and support colleagues as first point of contact.

- Manage incidents and administration using ITSM suites.

- In depth knowledge of MS Office 365 including Teams, OneDrive, Outlook
- SAP production systems and user maintenance experience
- Printers and printing troubleshooting experience
- Windows 10/11 application support experience
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Experience providing IT support using remote desktop
- Ability to work independently in a rotational shift pattern
- Incident management and administration using ITSM suites

- We are looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist to join our IT team in Leicester supporting all areas of the business. You will be responsible for handling day to day enquiries from retail and support colleagues as a first point of contact.
About You
- In depth knowledge of MS Office 365 including Teams, OneDrive, Outlook.
