IT Service Delivery & Technical Operations Manager

Oversee daily IT service delivery — keeping systems stable, secure and fit for purpose.

Provide level 2/3 technical support and perform hands-on administration across servers, networks, cloud platforms and endpoints.

Manage backups, patching, monitoring and incident resolution while driving automation and simplification.

Lead day-to-day cybersecurity operations, implement security controls, and respond to incidents.

Collaborate with business leaders to translate needs into practical, secure technical solutions.

Manage third-party providers and ensure vendors meet service and security expectations.

Contribute to disaster recovery planning, operational documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

5+ years’ experience in IT operations, service delivery or systems engineering.

Strong technical background across Microsoft 365 (Entra, Exchange, Intune, Defender), Azure or AWS, networking (firewalls, VPNs, DNS, routing), and endpoint management.

Hands-on cybersecurity experience, including vulnerability management and implementation of security controls.

Solid problem-solving, documentation and communication skills — with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Proven ability to manage competing priorities, support projects, and improve systems and processes.

Calm, analytical approach with a focus on reliability, performance and safety.
