The Senior Manager owns the overall architecture of the network, associated tooling, automation and service delivery — delivering a network that is cloud-first, secure-by-design and increasingly automated, built on Zero Trust principles and the convergence of IT and OT (plant/operational technology) environments that keep our manufacturing operations running.
Provide day-to-day operational management overseeing the installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of enterprise network, security-edge and telecommunications infrastructure across all regions
Manage a global team of local and remote team members and build capability in automation, cloud and security
Continually evolve monitoring, observability and automated remediation to proactively address network performance and reliability, moving from reactive support toward proactive operations
Work closely with IT & Cybersecurity Services to embed secure-by-design and Zero Trust controls into network changes, lead IT/OT network convergence and segmentation for plant/manufacturing environments, and develop efficient operational processes

Lead global projects and operational teams
