SHELT Global Ltd is seeking an IT Security Systems Integration Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize cybersecurity solutions. The role includes producing HLD/LLD, integrating SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, SOAR, and firewalls, and providing SOC Tier 3 support.

Responsibilities
- Develop High Level Designs (HLD) and Low Level Designs (LLD) for security solutions
- Implement and integrate security platforms including SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, SOAR, and firewalls
- Build and tune connectors, APIs, syslog/agent pipelines, parsers, and correlation rules
- Provide SOC Tier 3 support as escalation point for complex incidents
- Enhance detection content (use cases, correlation rules, analytics, and SOAR playbooks)
- Lead PoC initiatives and provide implementation roadmaps
- Act as technical advisor to sales team for security integration projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering
- 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or related field
- Fortinet NSE (NSE4–NSE7) and Cisco Security (CCNA/CCNP Security) certifications highly preferred
- CrowdStrike certifications (e.g., Falcon Administrator/IR) are a plus
- Excellent documentation, stakeholder communication, and cross functional collaboration skills

Job Summary
- The IT Security Systems Integration Engineer is responsible for designing, deploying, integrating, and optimizing cybersecurity solutions across customer environments.
- Primary duties include producing HLD and LLD, implementing and integrating security platforms (SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, SOAR, firewalls), and ensuring end to end interoperability and performance.
- Secondary responsibility: provide SOC Tier 3 support as an escalation point for complex incidents.
Duties & Responsibilities
- IT Security Systems Integration: Architecture & Design Develop HLD and LLD.
- Implementation & Integration: Design, implement, and optimize security technologies including SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, SOAR, and threat intelligence integrations.
- Integrate platforms and services (e.g., FortiSIEM ↔ FortiGate/Cisco, CrowdStrike Falcon ↔ SIEM/SOAR).
- Build and tune connectors, APIs, syslog/agent pipelines, parsers, and correlation rules.
- Conduct functional/UAT testing, performance tuning, and cutover/migration activities.
- Operationalization: Create and maintain implementation guides, runbooks, and architecture diagrams.
- SOC Tier 3 Support: Serve as Tier 3 escalation for complex/high severity incidents.
- Enhance detection content to reduce MTTD/MTTR.
- Technology Evaluation & Delivery Excellence: Lead PoC initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop, manage, and troubleshoot integrations.
- Security Architecture and Improvements: Collaborate with IT and security teams to develop innovative security solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master degree in Computer Engineering.
