Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients across banking, government, and enterprise sectors for AI, Cloud, Managed Services, and Software Development engagements
- Generate qualified leads through networking, digital outreach, and regional industry channels
- Build and maintain a personal sales pipeline through proactive prospecting across GCC markets
- Understand client business challenges and position relevant Potters Solutions offerings
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotes, and solution presentations for banking, government, and enterprise stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal technical and pre sales teams for solution design and pricing
- Navigate GCC business culture, procurement cycles, and stakeholder structures
- Build long term relationships with decision makers at target institutions
- Represent Potters Solutions at regional industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Work closely with leadership on deal structuring for larger institutional engagements
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience selling IT, AI, cloud, or consulting solutions into the Middle East market, ideally to banking, government, or large enterprise clients
- Existing network of relevant contacts across the GCC is a strong plus
- Fluency in English required; Arabic fluency strongly preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, commission based structure
- Familiarity with regional compliance, data residency, or Islamic finance considerations is an advantage
- Self starter mentality with discipline to manage own pipeline and reporting

About the Role
- Potters Solutions is looking for high performing, commission based IT Sales Consultants to represent the company across the Middle East. This role is suited to independent sales professionals or boutique agencies with a track record of selling technology and consulting solutions into regional banks,
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients across banking, government, and enterprise sectors for AI, Cloud, Managed Services, and Software Development engagements
- Generate qualified leads through networking, digital outreach, and regional industry channels
- Build and maintain a personal sales pipeline through proactive prospecting across GCC markets
- Client Engagement & Solutioning: Understand client business challenges and position relevant offerings
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotes, and solution presentations
- Coordinate with internal technical and pre sales teams for solution design and pricing
- Regional Relationship Management: Navigate GCC business culture, procurement cycles, and stakeholder structures
- Build long term relationships with decision makers at target institutions
- Represent Potters Solutions at regional industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Deal Coordination & Closing: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and close

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience selling IT, AI, cloud, or consulting solutions into the Middle East market, ideally to banking, government, or large enterprise clients

Compensation
- Structure: 100% commission based during the initial contract period — uncapped earning potential tied directly to deal value
- Project & Consulting Engagements: Up to $100K 12%, $100K–$500K 10%, $500K–$2M 7%, $2M+ 5% + flat bonus ($10K–$15K)
- Managed Services & Recurring Engagements: 5–7% of first year contract value paid upfront, 3–5% trailing commission on renewal revenue
- New Logo vs. Expansion: Full tier rate for net new client acquisition; 20–25% of tier rate for upsell/expansion
- Payment Terms: Commission payable 30 days after client's first invoice; clawback if client cancels or fails to pay within 30 days
- Path to Retained Role: Consistent performers will transition to a retained position with base salary + adjusted commission structure
