About the Role
Innovista Digital Solutions seeks an experienced IT Sales Manager to drive B2B software sales across the UAE. The role involves daily field visits, on-site technical pitches, territory mapping, and deal closure.

Responsibilities
- Conduct daily face to face meetings, cold walks, and site visits to prospective corporate clients across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the Northern Emirates
- Present and demonstrate software capabilities on site to client stakeholders (CIOs, CFOs, Operations Managers)
- Strategically map UAE free zones and business parks to uncover untapped market segments
- Manage end to end client relationships from prospecting to contract negotiations and closing
- Attend industry events, networking forums, and exhibitions to build a robust pipeline
Requirements
- Minimum 2 5 years of outdoor/field sales experience in the UAE selling IT products or B2B software solutions
- Valid UAE Driving License and own a reliable vehicle
- Currently living in the UAE with familiarity of local routes and business hubs
- Hunter mentality, resilient, self motivated, comfortable with cold calling and physical walk ins
- Flawless verbal communication and strong professional presence
- Fluency in English and Arabic

Daily Field Activity
- Conduct regular daily face to face meetings, cold walks, and site visits to prospective corporate clients across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the Northern Emirates.
- Present and demonstrate software capabilities directly to client stakeholders (CIOs, CFOs, Operations Managers) on site, tailoring the value proposition to their pain points.
- Strategically map out UAE free zones, business parks (e.g., DIC, DAFZA, DMCC, KIZAD), and industrial areas to uncover untapped market segments.
- Manage end to end client relationships from physical prospecting to face to face contract negotiations, price structuring, and closing.
- Act as the trusted local face of our software brand, attending industry events, networking forums, and exhibitions in the UAE to build a robust pipeline.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 5 years of aggressive outdoor/field sales experience in the UAE, specifically selling IT products or B2B software solutions.
- Must possess a valid UAE Driving License and own a reliable vehicle. You will be traveling extensively across the emirates weekly.
- Must be currently living in the UAE with deep familiarity of local routes, business hubs, and corporate structures.
- Hunter mentality. Resilient, self motivated, and highly comfortable with direct cold calling and physical walk ins.
- Flawless verbal communication and a strong professional presence for physical meetings.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
