Role Description
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professional with at least 2 years of proven success in the UAE market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT products and services sales, a strategic mindset for client acquisition, and a passion for building long-term business relationships.
You should be skilled in consultative selling and adept at identifying tailored solutions that drive client success and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; conduct pre-sales meetings and understand client needs.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Lead client and supplier negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proven experience in sales and sales management
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Goal-oriented with a record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in selling IT products and solutions (IT infrastructure, projects, security solutions, and hardware)
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in IT Sales & Marketing (UAE market preferred)
- **Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma** in a relevant field
- **Hindi and Arabic** language skills are an advantage
- **Valid UAE Driving License** is an added advantage
- Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per hour
