Overview

  • Comfort IT Solutions is looking for a dynamic and target oriented IT Sales Executive to expand our IT Hardware and Cybersecurity business in Qatar.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting a wide range of enterprise IT products and security solutions to corporate and government clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the corporate and government sectors.
  • Generate sales through cold calling, networking, referrals, and client visits.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT and cybersecurity solutions.
  • Coordinate with the presales team to prepare technical proposals and quotations.
  • Conduct product presentations and solution demonstrations.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to successfully close sales.
  • Follow up on quotations and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with procurement and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and successful project execution.
  • Prepare weekly sales activity reports and sales forecasts.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, cybersecurity trends, and competitor offerings.

  • IT Hardware: Laptops & Desktop Computers, Workstations, Servers, Storage Solutions, Printers & Scanners, Monitors & Accessories, UPS Systems, Enterprise Networking Equipment, IT Peripherals
  • Cybersecurity: Endpoint Protection, Firewall Solutions, Email Security, Network Security, Multi Factor Authentication (MFA), Backup & Disaster Recovery, Security Awareness Solutions, Vulnerability Assessment Solutions, Managed Security Services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 4 years of IT sales experience in Qatar.
  • Experience selling IT hardware and cybersecurity solutions is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity concepts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self motivated with a strong passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Valid Qatar Driving Licence is mandatory.
  • Transferable QID with NOC preferred.

Compensation

  • Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
