Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales accounts by building strong client relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction
- Understand client needs and provide tailored IT solutions
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining profitability
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and ensure customer retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts
- Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities
- Present and demonstrate IT products, services, and solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate deals and close opportunities
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and revenue performance
Requirements
- Experience in IT Sales / Business Development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with enterprise clients and account management
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud, software, or cybersecurity solutions
- Good English communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
