Overview

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the local market in IT sales, solution sales, or sales engineering roles.

Proven track record of selling IT products/ Solutions and services such as infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, software, or managed services IT technical resources outsourcing, CCTV Products

Technical & Commercial Skills

:

Strong understanding of IT solution architecture and enterprise customer environments.

Ability to independently structure solutions, pricing, and commercial proposals.

Vendor And Client Network

Existing relationships with local IT vendors and clients, OEMs, distributors, or system integrators is a strong advantage.

Personal Attributes

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.

Promote and sell IT Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Command Centre services, Managed IT Services, and IT support solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision makers.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients.

Coordinate with technical teams to design solutions that meet customer requirements.

Maintain existing client accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Track market trends and competitor activities.

Update CRM systems with sales activities and pipeline information.

Highly independent, self-driven, and comfortable operating without an internal delivery team.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Practical, solution-oriented mindset with high accountability.

Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)

Revenue and gross margin achieved from IT sales.

Number and quality of opportunities closed.

Effectiveness and reliability of vendor partnerships.

Customer satisfaction and repeat business generation.
