- Develop and manage relationships with existing and new customers
- Promote and sell IT hardware, software, cybersecurity, cloud, and managed service solutions
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to deliver customer requirements
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long term account growth
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or business development
- Proven experience in selling IT hardware, software solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, and related technologies
- Existing customer database and strong relationships with corporate and government clients in the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
- Valid UAE visa
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to identify customer requirements and provide suitable IT solutions
- Strong understanding of the UAE IT market and procurement processes

Job Summary
- Pencil Office Supplies is seeking an experienced and results driven IT Sales Account Manager to join our growing team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT hardware, software solutions, and technology services, along with an existing customer network in the UAE market.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven experience in selling IT hardware, software solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, and related technologies.
- Existing customer database and strong relationships with corporate and government clients in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Valid UAE visa.
