- Design, implement, and maintain IT risk management and compliance frameworks aligned with relevant standards and regulations
- Assess technology and network risks, perform control reviews, document findings, and recommend remediation plans
- Coordinate internal audits, maintain policies and procedures, monitor compliance with security and operational guidelines
- Prepare clear reports for management
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure secure and compliant operations
- Support incident response activities
- Provide guidance and training on IT risk and compliance best practices
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology and Network Administration
- Ability to perform effective Troubleshooting and apply Network Security practices
- Customer Service orientation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with IT risk management, compliance frameworks, and relevant standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIST)
- Familiarity with audit processes, documentation standards, and policy development for IT operations and security
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Professional certifications (such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP) are an advantage
- Experience working in hybrid environments and comfort with collaboration tools

- The IT Risk & Compliance Manager at Co.liga is a part time, hybrid role based in Sharjah, with flexibility for some work from home.
